We stand behind Arnica Patch. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Email sales@arnicapatch.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label — return shipping is free.

What's Covered

• Unopened, unused patches in original packaging — eligible for a full refund.
• Opened or partially used patches — for health and safety reasons, opened patches may not be eligible for return, but contact us first: if the product didn't work for you, we'll often replace or refund at our discretion.
• Damaged or defective items on arrival — always eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders (50+ units) are handled case-by-case — contact sales@arnicapatch.com before returning a bulk order.
