The patch itself

Arnica Patch is an XL 8×10 inch hydrogel patch designed to be cut to any shape with ordinary scissors. Each patch delivers five homeopathic active ingredients at 10.6% HPUS each directly through the skin for up to 12 hours.

Arnica Montana 10.6% HPUS — bruising, muscle soreness, swelling from overexertion
Hypericum Perforatum 10.6% HPUS — nerve pain, shooting or radiating discomfort
Ledum Palustre 10.6% HPUS — deep aching joint pain, cold-feeling joints
Rhus Toxicodendron 10.6% HPUS — stiffness worse at rest, improves with movement
Ruta Graveolens 10.6% HPUS — tendon and ligament pain, repetitive strain

Inactive ingredients

The hydrogel base is made with water, glycerin, sorbitol, sodium polyacrylate, cellulose gum, polyacrylic acid, and a small amount of aluminum glycinate as a crosslinker. No parabens, no latex, no NSAIDs, no artificial dyes.

Packaging

Each patch ships in a resealable mylar pouch. We chose mylar for its moisture barrier — hydrogel patches lose efficacy fast if exposed to air. The pouches are heat-sealed at the factory and foil-lined.

How to apply

Clean and dry the area. Cut the patch to the size and shape you need. Peel the liner, apply adhesive-side down, press firmly at the edges. Wear up to 12 hours. Not water-resistant — apply after showering, not before.
